ENSURING TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THE RIGHT TO APPEAL ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX, further
consideration of the motion to concur in the Senate amendment to the
bill (H.R. 1314) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide
for a right to an administrative appeal relating to adverse
determinations of tax-exempt status of certain organizations will now
resume.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to House Resolution 305, the
previous question is ordered.
The question of adoption of the motion is divided. The first portion
of the divided question is on concurring in section 212 of the Senate
amendment.

question is: Will the House concur in the matter comprising the
