  SA 1711. Ms. AYOTTE submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1463 proposed by Mr. McCain to the bill H.R. 1735, to 
authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2016 for military activities 
of the Department of Defense and for military construction, to 
prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the end of subtitle E of title XII, add the following:

     SEC. 12__. SOUTHEAST ASIA STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP.

       The Act of March 4, 1907 (34 Stat. 1260, chapter 2907; 81 
     Stat. 584), is amended--
       (1) in section 1(w), by striking paragraph (2);
       (2) in section 6, by striking subsection (b); and
       (3) by repealing section 25.
