            UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT--EXECUTIVE CALENDAR

  Mr. BARRASSO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that at 5 p.m. 
today, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the 
following nominations: Executive Calendar Nos. 25, 26, 74, and 107; 
that the Senate proceed to vote without intervening action or debate on 
the nominations in the order listed; that following disposition of the 
nominations, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon 
the table; that no further motions be in order to the nominations; that 
any statements related to the nominations be printed in the Record; 
that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action, and 
the Senate then resume legislative session; further, that all time in 
executive session count postcloture on the TPA bill.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
  Mr. LEAHY. Mr. President, I will not object. I am pleased to see some 
judges finally moving forward.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. BARRASSO. Mr. President, we expect some of these votes to be by 
voice vote.
  I suggest the absence of a quorum.
