PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 1335, STRENGTHENING FISHING
COMMUNITIES AND INCREASING FLEXIBILITY IN FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on
adoption of the resolution (H. Res. 274) providing for consideration of
the bill (H.R. 1335) to amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation
and Management Act to provide flexibility for fishery managers and
stability for fishermen, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and
nays were ordered.
