                   ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2015

  Mr. CASSIDY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9 a.m., Thursday, 
May 21; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and the 
time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the day; 
that following leader remarks, the Senate then resume consideration of 
H.R. 1314, with the time until the cloture vote at 10 a.m. equally 
divided in the usual form.
