  SA 1217. Mr. RUBIO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 1140 proposed by Mr. Corker (for himself and Mr. Cardin) 
to the bill H.R. 1191, to provide for congressional review and 
oversight of agreements relating to Iran's nuclear program, and for 
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 2, line 16, strike ``agreement; and'' and insert 
     ``agreement;''.
       On page 3, line 15, strike ``purpose.'' and insert 
     ``purpose; and''.
       On page 3, between lines 15 and 16, insert the following:
       ``(D) the agreed text or agreed parameters of any United 
     Nations Security Council resolutions to be considered with 
     respect to Iran.
