                    ORDERS FOR THURSDAY, MAY 7, 2015

  Mr. INHOFE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 9:30 a.m., 
Thursday, May 7; that following the prayer and pledge, the morning hour 
be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, and 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day; that following leader remarks, the Senate then resume 
consideration of H.R. 1191, with the time until the cloture vote 
equally divided in the usual form; finally, that the filing deadline 
for all second-degree amendments to substitute amendment No. 1140 and 
H.R. 1191 be at 10 a.m.
