  SA 1214. Mr. LEAHY (for Mr. Lee) proposed an amendment to the bill S. 
125, to amend title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act 
of 1968 to extend the authorization of the Bulletproof Vest Partnership 
Grant Program through fiscal year 2020, and for other purposes; as 
follows:

       On page 2, line 11, strike ``$30,000,000'' and insert 
     ``$25,000,000''.
