PROVIDING FOR CONGRESSIONAL DISAPPROVAL OF A RULE SUBMITTED BY THE
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD--VETO
Mr. McCONNELL. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Chair
lay before the Senate the veto message to accompany S.J. Res. 8.

providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
