SERVICE BANNER DAY''
Mr. CASSIDY. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on Armed Services be discharged from further consideration of
and the Senate now proceed to the consideration of S. Res. 136.

A resolution (S. Res. 136) expressing support for the
designation of May 1, 2015, as ``Silver Star Service Banner
Day.''
