MOMENT OF SILENCE TO PAY RESPECTS TO THE YOUNG WOMEN WHO DIED SUDDENLY
IN SAVANNAH, GEORGIA, APRIL 22, 2015

(Mr. CARTER of Georgia asked and was given permission to address the
House for 1 minute.)
Mr. CARTER of Georgia. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to pay my respects
to the young women who died suddenly in Savannah, Georgia, yesterday.
On Wednesday morning just before 6 a.m., three tractor-trailers, two
pickup trucks, and two cars were involved in a chain-reaction car
accident.
Abbie Deloach of Savannah, Emily Clark of Powder Springs, Morgan Bass
of Leesburg, Catherine McKay Pittman of Alpharetta, and Caitlyn Baggett
of Millen were killed.
I ask that a moment of silence be given to these young women and
their families in the Eagle Nation.
