                      RESOLUTIONS SUBMITTED TODAY

  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
now proceed to the en bloc consideration of the following resolutions 
which were submitted earlier today: S. Res. 144, National Crime 
Victims' Rights Week; S. Res. 145, Parkinson's Awareness Month; S. Res. 
146, Assistant Principals Week; and S. Res. 147, Historian Emeritus.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolutions en bloc.
  Mr. CORNYN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
resolutions be agreed to, the preambles be agreed to, and the motions 
to reconsider be laid upon the table en bloc.
