  Mr. VITTER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs be authorized to meet 
during the session of the Senate on April 20, 2015, at 3 p.m. to 
conduct a hearing entitled ``2020 Census: Challenges Facing the Bureau 
for a Modern, Cost-Effective Survey.''
