Motion to Instruct Offered by Mr. Van Hollen
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to instruct on the concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 11)
setting forth the congressional budget for the United States Government
for fiscal year 2016 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels
for fiscal years 2017 through 2025, offered by the gentleman from
Maryland (Mr. Van Hollen), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

intended to vote ``yes'' and spoke in favor of the motion during floor
debate earlier today.
