NOMINATION OF ALFRED H. BENNETT TO BE UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE FOR
THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will
proceed to executive session to consider the following nomination,
which the clerk will report.
The legislative clerk read the nomination of Alfred H. Bennett, of
Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of
Texas.
