                SLAIN OFFICER FAMILY SUPPORT ACT OF 2015

  Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 1527, which was received 
from the House.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 1527) to accelerate the income tax benefits 
     for charitable cash contributions for the relief of the 
     families of New York Police Department Detectives Wenjian Liu 
     and Rafael Ramos, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read a third time and passed, the motion to reconsider be laid upon the 
table, and that any statements relating to the bill be printed in the 
Record.
