Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 1092.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1092) to designate the Federal building
located at 2030 Southwest 145th Avenue in Miramar, Florida,
as the ``Benjamin P. Grogan and Jerry L. Dove Federal
Building.''
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. PORTMAN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be
read a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered
made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
