  SA 918. Mr. REED (for himself, Ms. Collins, Mr. Markey, Mr. Sanders, 
Mrs. Shaheen, Mr. King, Mr. Leahy, and Mr. Coons) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the concurrent resolution 
S. Con. Res. 11, setting forth the congressional budget for the United 
States Government for fiscal year 2016 and setting forth the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2017 through 2025; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 81, line 10, insert before the semicolon ``, which 
     may include weatherization and energy efficiency retrofit 
     programs for low-income individuals''.
       On page 81, line 12, insert before the semicolon ``, which 
     may include seasonal assistance, crisis fuel assistance, or 
     other assistance to low-income individuals''.
