him to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 11, setting forth the 
congressional budget for the United States

Government for fiscal year 2016 and setting forth the appropriate 
budgetary levels for fiscal years 2017 through 2025; which was ordered 
to lie on the table; as follows:

       On page 71, beginning on line 4, strike ``and'' and all 
     that follows through ``(3)'' on line 5, and insert the 
     following:
       (3) for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation 
     (Amtrak); and
