  SA 736. Ms. MURKOWSKI submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 11, setting forth the 
congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 
2016 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal 
years 2017 through 2025; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       On page 89, strike lines 15 through 19, and insert the 
     following:
     casting;
       (3) for the Department of Veterans Affairs for the Medical 
     Services, Medical Support and Compliance, and Medical 
     Facilities accounts of the Veterans Health Administration; 
     and
       (4) for the Indian Health Services and Indian Health 
     Facilities accounts of the Indian Health Service.
