  SA 715. Mr. BENNET submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 11, setting forth the 
congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 
2016 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal 
years 2017 through 2025; as follows:

       On page 55, beginning with line 24, strike through line 2 
     on page 56 and insert the following:
     tax on medical device manufacturers;
       (4) operations and administration of the Department of the 
     Treasury; or
       (5) creating clean energy jobs, including extending over a 
     reasonable period of time, as a bridge to tax reform, expired 
     and expiring tax credits for renewable energy production and 
     investment,
