  Mr. GRAHAM. Mr. President, Sanders amendment No. 323 is pending, and 
Senators should expect a vote in relation to that amendment at 12 noon 
tomorrow, with at least one additional rollcall vote in the stack 
before lunch.
  I ask unanimous consent that when the Senate resumes consideration of 
S. Con. Res. 11 tomorrow morning, there be 38 hours of debate time 
remaining.
