  SA 318. Mr. TOOMEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to 
amendment SA 291 submitted by Mr. Toomey (for himself and Mr. Manchin) 
and intended to be proposed to the bill S. 178, to provide justice for 
the victims of trafficking; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       On page 1, line 6, strike the period and insert ``or the 
     `Jeremy Bell Act'.''.
