PROTECTING VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY RESPONDERS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Yoder). The unfinished business is the
vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 1191)
to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to ensure that emergency
services volunteers are not taken into account as employees under the
shared responsibility requirements contained in the Patient Protection
and Affordable Care Act, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Wisconsin (Mr. Ryan) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.
