                        Vote On Monje Nomination

  Under the previous order, the question occurs on the Monje 
nomination.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the nomination 
of Carlos A. Monje, Jr., of Louisiana, to be an Assistant Secretary of 
Transportation?
