ACCESS TO LIFE-SAVING TRAUMA CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 647) to amend title
XII of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize certain trauma care
programs, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Texas (Mr. Burgess) that the House suspend the rules and
pass the bill.

Mr. WILSON of South Carolina. Mr. Speaker, I was hosting French
Ambassador Gerard Araud in South Carolina where we visited French
business investments across the Second Congressional District creating
thousands of jobs. Had I been present, I would have voted ``aye'' on
H.R. 647--Access to Life-Saving Trauma Care for All Americans Act.
