PROVIDING FOR CONGRESSIONAL DISAPPROVAL OF A RULE SUBMITTED BY THE
NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD--MOTION TO PROCEED
Mr. ALEXANDER. Mr. President, pursuant to the provisions of the
Congressional Review Act, I move to proceed to S.J. Res. 8, a joint
resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the rule
submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to
representation case procedures, and I ask for the yeas and nays.
