Mr. YOHO changed his vote from ``yea'' to ``nay.''
Mr. ADERHOLT changed his vote from ``nay'' to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
Stated for:
Mr. BABIN. Mr. Speaker, on rollcall No. 10 I was unavoidably
detained. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yes.''
Personal Explanation
Mr. LARSON of Connecticut. Mr. Speaker, on January 7, 2015--I was not
present for rollcall votes 8-10. If I had been present for these votes,
I would have voted: ``aye'' on rollcall vote 8--H.R. 26; ``nay'' on
rollcall vote 9--H.R. 37; ``aye'' on rollcall vote 10--H.R. 23.
