  Mr. PRYOR. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 4030.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4030) to designate the facility of the United 
     States Postal Service located at 18640 NW 2nd Avenue in 
     Miami, Florida, as the ``Father Richard Marquess-Barry Post 
     Office Building.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read a third time 
and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
