ENACTING TITLE 54, UNITED STATES CODE, AS POSITIVE LAW
Mr. WALSH. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of
H.R. 1068 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 1068) to enact title 54, United States Code,
``National Park Service and Related Programs,'' as positive
law.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
