                          MEASURES DISCHARGED

Mr. CARPER. As in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent that
the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee be discharged
from further consideration of the following items, which are postal
naming-bills, and the Senate proceed to their consideration en bloc:
H.R. 3027, H.R. 4416, H.R. 4651, H.R. 5331, and H.R. 5562.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bills
en bloc.
Mr. CARPER. I ask unanimous consent that the bills be read a third
time and passed en bloc and the motions to reconsider be laid upon the
table en bloc with no intervening action or debate.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
