EXTENDING THE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE UNITED STATES COMMISSION ON
INTERNATIONAL RELIGIOUS FREEDOM
Mr. CARPER. As in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent that
the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 5816, which
is at the desk.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 5816) to extend the authorization for the
United States Commission on International Religious Freedom.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
Mr. CARPER. I further ask unanimous consent that the bill be read
three times and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made
and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
