                   EARLY ACT REAUTHORIZATION OF 2014

  Mr. CARPER. Mr. President, as in legislative session, I ask unanimous 
consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H.R. 5185, 
which is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5185) to reauthorize the Young Women's Breast 
     Health Education and Awareness Requires Learning Young Act of 
     2009.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. CARPER. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read three times 
and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
