                    COLLECTIBLE COIN PROTECTION ACT

  Mr. CARPER. Mr. President, as in legislative session, I ask unanimous 
consent that the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation be 
discharged from further consideration of H.R. 2754 and the Senate 
proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 2754) to amend the Hobby Protection Act to 
     make unlawful the provision of assistance or support in 
     violation of that Act, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. CARPER. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read a third 
time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and 
laid upon the table.
