IMPOSING SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND PROVIDING 
                    ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE TO UKRAINE

  Mr. WALSH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 5859, which is at the 
desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 5859) to impose sanctions with respect to the 
     Russian Federation, to provide additional assistance to 
     Ukraine, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. WALSH. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
considered read a third time and the Senate proceed to vote on passage 
of the bill.
