  Mr. MENENDEZ. Mr. President, I was unavoidably detained for rollcall 
vote No. 327, the motion to proceed to executive session to consider 
Executive Calendar No. 1084, Sarah Saldana to become the Assistant 
Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Department of 
Homeland Security. Had I been present, I would have voted yea.
  Mr. President, I was unavoidably detained for rollcall vote No. 328, 
the motion to proceed to legislative session. Had I been present, I 
would have voted yea.
