                 ORDERS FOR SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2014

  Mr. REID. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it adjourn until 12 noon tomorrow, 
Saturday, December 13, 2014; that following the prayer and pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, and the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day; that following any leader remarks, the Senate resume 
consideration of the motion to concur in the House amendment to the 
Senate amendment to H.R. 83.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  Mr. REID. Let me say I understand the sincerity of my friend from 
Utah. I am unable to agree with him, but it doesn't take away from the 
sincerity of his request.
