AMENDING THE ENERGY POLICY AND CONSERVATION ACT
Mr. PRYOR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the energy
committee be discharged from further consideration of H.R. 5057 and the
Senate proceed to its consideration.

A bill (H.R. 5057) to amend the Energy Policy and
Conservation Act to permit exemptions for external power
supplies from certain efficiency standards, and for other
purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
