             DESIGNER ANABOLIC STEROID CONTROL ACT OF 2014

  Mr. PRYOR. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of 
H.R. 4771, and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.

       A bill (H.R. 4771) to amend the Controlled Substances Act 
     to more effectively regulate anabolic steroids.
