                        PRIVILEGES OF THE FLOOR

  Mr. CHAMBLISS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that Lewis 
Sorvillo, my defense legislative fellow, be granted floor privileges 
for the duration of the consideration of the NDAA and/or the 113th 
Congress.
  Mr. CARDIN. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that floor 
privileges be granted to Kelly McKellogg Swaine, the Deputy Director of 
the Office of Public Affairs at the State Department's Bureau of East 
Asian and Pacific Affairs, who is currently serving on my staff as a 
Brookings LEGIS fellow, for the duration of today's session of the 
Senate.
