               CENTRAL OREGON JOBS AND WATER SECURITY ACT

  Mr. MERKLEY. I ask unanimous consent that the energy committee be 
discharged from further consideration of H.R. 2640 and the Senate 
proceed to its immediate consideration.

       A bill (H.R. 2640) to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act 
     to adjust the Crooked River boundary, to provide water 
     certainty for the City of Prineville, Oregon, and for other 
     purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.

substitute amendment, which is at the desk, be agreed to; the bill, as 
amended, be read a third time and passed; and the motion to reconsider 
be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action 
or debate.
