JOHN MUIR NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE EXPANSION ACT

motion to suspend the rules and pass the

bill (H.R. 5699) to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to acquire
approximately 44 acres of land in Martinez, California, and for other
purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate
concurring), That in the enrollment of the bill H.R. 83, the
Clerk of the House of Representatives shall amend the long
title so as to read: ``Making consolidated appropriations for
the fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, and for other
purposes.''.
