  Mr. BENNET. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of H.R. 4926, which is at the 
desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4926) to designate a segment of Interstate 
     Route 35 in the State of Minnesota as the ``James L. Oberstar 
     Memorial Highway.''

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. BENNET. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be read three times 
and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid 
upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
