CHESAPEAKE BAY ACCOUNTABILITY AND RECOVERY ACT OF 2014
The SPEAKER pro tempore. The unfinished business is the vote on the
motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (S. 1000) to require the
Director of the Office of Management and Budget to prepare a crosscut
budget for restoration activities in the Chesapeake Bay watershed, and
for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

rules and pass the bill.
