    CONFERRING HONORARY CITIZENSHIP ON BERNARDO DE GALVEZ Y MADRID, 
               VISCOUNT OF GALVESTON AND COUNT OF GALVEZ

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the 
consideration of H.J. Res. 105.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the joint resolution by 
title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A joint resolution (H.J. Res. 105) conferring honorary 
     citizenship on Bernardo de Galvez y Madrid, Viscount of 
     Galveston and Count of Galvez.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint 
resolution.
  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the joint resolution be read a 
third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The joint resolution (H.J. Res. 105) was ordered to a third reading,
