                            HONOR FLIGHT ACT

  Mr. REID. I ask unanimous consent that the Commerce Committee be 
discharged from further consideration of H.R. 4812 and the Senate 
proceed to its immediate consideration.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
  The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4812) to amend title 49, United States Code, 
     to require the Administrator of the Transportation Security 
     Administration to establish a process for providing expedited 
     and dignified passenger screening services for veterans 
     traveling to visit war memorials built and dedicated to honor 
     their service, and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
  Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the bill be 
read a third time, passed, and the motion to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
