PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE ENFORCEMENT INSTRUCTION ON
SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS FOR OUTPATIENT THERAPEUTIC SERVICES IN
CRITICAL ACCESS AND SMALL RURAL HOSPITALS
Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate
proceed to the consideration of H.R. 4067.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 4067) to provide for the extension of the
enforcement instruction on supervision requirements for
outpatient therapeutic services in critical access and small
rural hospitals through 2014.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
