APPROVAL OF THE KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 1(c) of rule XIX, further
consideration of the bill (H.R. 5682) to approve the Keystone XL
Pipeline, will now resume.
The Clerk read the title of the bill.
The SPEAKER pro tempore. When proceedings were postponed on Thursday,
November 13, 2014, all time for debate on the motion to recommit had
expired, and the previous question had been ordered.
The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from
California (Mrs. Capps).
