   MAKING IN ORDER CONSIDERATION OF MOTIONS TO SUSPEND THE RULES ON 
                NOVEMBER 13, 2014, OR NOVEMBER 14, 2014

  Mr. SESSIONS. Mr. Speaker, I ask unanimous consent that it be in 
order at any time on the legislative day of November 13, 2014, or 
November 14, 2014, for the Speaker to entertain motions that the House 
suspend the rules as though under clause 1 of rule XV.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Womack). Is there objection to the 
request of the gentleman from Texas?
