CONDITIONAL ADJOURNMENT OR RECESS OF THE SENATE AND ADJOURNMENT OF THE
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Mr. PRYOR. I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the
consideration of S. Con. Res. 44, which was submitted earlier today.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent
resolution by title.
The legislative clerk read as follows:
A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 44) providing for a
conditional adjournment or recess of the Senate and an
adjournment of the House of Representatives.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the
concurrent resolution.
Mr. PRYOR. I know of no further debate on this measure.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there further debate?
If not, the question is on adoption of the concurrent resolution.
The concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 44) was agreed to.
